By accessing and placing an order on Hardbit.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. Failure to review these terms does not exempt any customer from compliance.

These Terms cover all products and services offered under the brand Hardbit™, operated by:

2. Sales and Shipping Availability
Hardbit ships to eligible customers in authorized countries where the sale and distribution of hardware crypto wallets is legally permitted.
📌 Sales and product deliveries are not available in any restricted or embargoed jurisdictions.

Shipping availability may vary based on:

Carrier restrictions

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion if delivery is legally or operationally restricted.
3. Pricing, Payment and Order Processing
Prices are exclusive of customs, import duties, VAT, and brokerage fees, unless otherwise stated.

USDT / Cryptocurrency settlement
An order becomes valid only after:
Successful payment, and
Official Order Confirmation issued by Hardbit.
The Company may request identity verification (KYC) for fraud prevention or compliance review.
4. Product Authenticity and Security Seal
All products are:
✔ Brand-new and sourced from authorized vendors
✔ Factory-sealed with tamper-evident packaging
✔ Security-critical devices designed to protect digital assets
Opening the seal, generating a seed phrase, device activation, or pairing the wallet to any software voids eligibility for replacement.
5. Replacement Policy (No Returns)
Due to the security-sensitive nature of hardware crypto wallets:
❗ Hardbit does not accept product returns for refunds under any circumstances.
Only replacement of defective units is permitted, and only if all the following conditions are met:

Notification period | Customer must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with proof (video/photo) |
If approved, a replacement unit will be provided. Shipping costs may apply.
6. Commercial Purchases & Reseller Restriction
Products sold on Hardbit.net are intended for end-users only.
Purchases for the purpose of:
Resale / distribution / marketplace listing
Commercial or institutional use
Crypto exchanges, OTC desks, service centers or online shops
are not permitted unless a written agreement is issued.
For reseller and B2B inquiries:
The Company may suspend or cancel any order suspected to violate this policy.
7. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks
To protect the ecosystem and the integrity of crypto security supply chains, Hardbit may take action against:
Payment fraud, transaction abuse, forced chargebacks
Attempts to manipulate delivery, identity, or purchase limits
Actions may include:
🛑 Account suspension and blacklist
🛑 Submission of evidence to payment networks
🛑 Legal/administrative reporting to authorities where applicable
8. Customer Responsibility for Digital Asset Security
Hardbit is not responsible for loss of cryptocurrency or digital assets resulting from:
Seed phrase loss, disclosure, phishing, hacking
SIM swap, malware, user error, or mismanagement
Any post-delivery compromise
Customer bears full responsibility for their digital asset security.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Hardbit follows applicable data protection regulations, including when relevant:
UAE Data Protection requirements
GDPR standards for EEA customers
Customer data is used solely for order processing, compliance, and support.
10. Intellectual Property
All brand names, trademarks, designs, product descriptions, and content on the Website are the intellectual property of:
